This is really a great option as you always use more of certain flavors at different times of the year. For instance at Christmas time you may use more cinnamon and peppermint flavors, during the summer you may want more fruit flavors.

Liquid colors can be extremely helpful for making candy. They are good to use to color modeling chocolate. The nice thing about liquid colors is that they deliver a good, even color and the color is consistent time after time.
