One of the features we like the best, other than the removable stoneware crock is the 3 heat settings. It has standard low and high cooking, but adding the warm setting is ideal for keeping your food at serving temperature. Not only that, many cheese dishes and dips can be very heat sensitive. The warm setting will keep those at a nice temperature without scorching the dish.

The biggest complaint with this crock pot is that it may cook too hot. Low and high setting cook at the same temperature, but it takes the low setting longer to reach the simmer point. This is the only difference between those two settings, however, people are very happy with the warm setting keeping their food at serving temperature.
