Ingredients

4 cups cooked, thawed calamari
1 clove minced garlic
1 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup bell pepper strips
1 celery rib, diced
1 small can black olive slices
½ cup fresh, flat-leaf parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss well. Chill before serving with crusts of whole-grain bread. Delicioso!
