Creamy Mashed PotatoesIngredients

6 medium potatoes
¼ cup cream
¼ cup real butter
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and chop potatoes into chunks.
  2. Place potatoes in a large pan and cover with water.
  3. Over medium heat, bring to a boil and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.
  4. Drain and return to pan.
  5. Add the milk, butter and sour cream.
  6. Beat with electric mixer until creamy.

Serve immediately.
